What is the accsyn Lab?

Accsyn partners with Swedish provider FyraK Media / FilmTech to offer lab services alongside the Cloud Vault and delivery platform.

Work rides on accsyn Delivery — smooth handoff of material and a straightforward experience for large packages (including ASC when using the Desktop App).

Lab staff reply by email to refine scope and commercial terms.

How does it work?

After scope is agreed, you receive an upload link for source material and a shared work-order sheet to track progress.

When upload is complete, work begins and results are prepared for download.

Unless you are a recurring customer with invoice credit, payment is required before finals are released. You receive a secure payment link (card or bank transfer).

After payment is confirmed, you get a download link for the finished material.

Existing accsyn customers

Paying workspace customers can run lab jobs in a more controlled way:

  1. Open https://accsyn.io/signup?lab=true and sign in as a workspace administrator.
  2. Enable Lab access — grants the lab account (lab@accsyn.com) employee access to the workspace (full Cloud storage access by default).
  3. (Optional) Downgrade the lab user to standard and share only specific folders.
  4. In the Desktop App, select files/folders in Storage or Titles (Vault).
  5. Click Order — a pending order appears in the cart.
  6. Describe what you need; add more files if required.
  7. Submit — email is sent and scope/commercials are confirmed with you.
  8. Costs go on the next invoice, or payment is requested up front, depending on size and situation.
  9. After payment, results are uploaded to your workspace or sent as a download link.
