What is the accsyn Lab?

As of 2025, accsyn partnered up with Swedish service provider FyraKMedia / FilmTech, to be able to offer media lab services to our customers as a complementary offering.

The Lab service is built on top of the versatile accsyn Delivery platform, which means smooth turnovers of material and a hassle-free user experience in general.

The fastest way to get going is to fill in the contact form on our web page, providing your name, email and inquiry:

Our lab staff will answer back on email, sorting out your specific needs and finalising a deal.

How does it work?

Once agreed on the scope of work, we will provide you an upload link so you can send your material to us for processing. We will also create a work order sheet and share it with you, where you can follow the progress in a timely manner.

After you have uploaded the material, we will commence work and get the result ready for you to download.

Unless you are a recurring customer given invoice credit, we always require you to pay up front in order to receive the finals. A secure payment link will be dispatched where you can make the payment, we accept credit card payments and bank wire transfers only.

Once payment has been confirmed at our end, we will send you a download link for you to get access to the material produced by us.

Existing accsyn customers

If you already possess an accsyn workspace and are a paying customer, you can use our lab services in a much more controlled manner:

  1. Open https://accsyn.io/signup?lab=true in your browser, log in as a workspace administrator.
  2. Enable Lab access on your workspace, this will give the accsyn lab staff account (lab@accsyn.com) employee access to your workspace - full access to your cloud storage.
  3. (Optional) Restrict access by downgrading the lab user to a standard role user and only share certain storage folders as required.
  4. Log on to the desktop app and select the associated files/folders, either in Storage or Titles (Vault) view.
  5. Click the Order button in the tool bar, a pending lab order will be created in the "cart" on the right hand side.
  6. Write a message, stating your inquiry - what you need help with. Add more files if necessary.
  7. Submit the lab order, an email will be dispatched and we will take on a discussion with you settling the scope of work and the deal.
  8. Once work is done, we will add the costs to your next upcoming invoice or choose to ask for payment upfront depending on the situation and size of work.
  9. When payment has been confirmed at our end, we will upload the result to your workspace or send it to you as a download link if you so prefer.
