In this article we assume you already have signed up for a demo, setup and tried to Accsyn. If you have no Accsyn domain, or want us to setup a hosted storage, please reach out to sales@accsyn.com first and sort the matters for continuing to subscribe.
In short we will implement online payment facilities, until then you will have to send an E-mail to sales@accsyn.com stating what type of subscription your desire(see below) and invoice/company details.An example:
We will come back to you with a confirmation, contract to sign and the initial invoice covering the initial subscription period. If the E-mail is different from the account registered demo, we will include bother recipients. Your license will be activated as soon as the payment has been verified by our bank. If the contract is not signed within 30 days, your Accsyn domain will be put on hold.
We currently offer two types of subscriptions:
- Standard; No limitations on traffic, bandwidth, servers or users, with standard E-mail support. Annual - valid for a year (12 months), effective at payment. Started the next calendar month and auto renews three(3) month before expiry. Only available for companies having less annual revenue than $3M.
- Premium; No limitations on traffic, bandwidth, servers or users, with telephone/chat support, plus option to request features and prioritise bug fixes. Annual - valid for a year(12 months), effective at payment. Started the next calendar month and auto renews three(3) month before expiry. Mandatory for companies having a annual revenue of $3M or more.
During the subscription period, you are granted full access to the software - your Accsyn domain, as regulated by the Accsyn Terms.

- Unlimited amount of servers, users, clients, jobs and shares.
- Monitoring and service of Accsyn domain backend running in the cloud.
- One week of Premium support during startup phase.

We have software that emits notification(s) if any of the following criteria are fulfilled:
- A crash in Accsyn domain backend caused by errors in the software not caused by customer.
- A crash in Accsyn database.
- A series of break-in attempts (failed logins) are performed or other unusual behaviour.
- An outage of Internet connection or storage.
During support office hours, we address these issues in the order that arrive. Outside support hours, we will attempt address the issues depending on availability but no guarantees can be made that issue will be resolved until we are back at office.
Accsyn is hosted at a 3:rd party cloud hosting facility that can only guarantee a specific uptime towards us/Accsyn organization. Thus our guaranteed uptime is 99% towards you as a customer.
In practice, our measured effective uptime during 2018 were 99,98% (2h total downtime).
Monitoring of your servers, clients and shares are not performed by us, this includes transfer jobs that fails due to various reasons. We are of course available for aid when it comes to tracking down errors in your setup or transfers, and can do some basic failure debugging on your approval. We cannot access any of your computers/premises through Accsyn, a remote login has to be provided by you for a deeper error check. We are available to signing your NDA:s during such support circumstances.
